Terms of Service
Welcome to oBundle's suite of apps, designed for integration with BigCommerce stores. By accessing or using any oBundle app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and oBundle, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefits of the App as provided by oBundle, LLC.

- You agree not to modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, oBundle, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) your use or inability to use the App;
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oBundle, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
